This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on solacesilkstudio.com.

FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY We offer complimentary free standard shipping to the following destinations only:

All countries within Europe
United States of America
Hong Kong
Australia No minimum order value is required for free shipping to the above regions. Shipping costs are automatically waived at checkout for eligible shipping addresses. Orders sent to regions outside this list cannot be fulfilled at this time.

PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and Australian public holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time. We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.
DELIVERY TRANSIT TIMES (ESTIMATED)

Australia: 3 – 8 business days
United States: 7 – 15 business days
Hong Kong: 5 –12 business days
European Countries: 8 –18 business days Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, local courier disruptions, public holidays, weather or other events outside our control.

CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES Recipients are responsible for any applicable import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees or local taxes charged by the destination country upon arrival. We do not cover or reimburse these charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
UNDELIVERABLE / RETURNED PARCELS If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, recipient refusal, failed delivery attempts or customs rejection, the customer will be responsible for any return freight costs. We may offer re-delivery at your cost or process a refund less incurred return shipping fees. Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
TRACKING Tracking links will be sent to your registered email once your order ships. If your tracking shows no updates for more than 14 days, please email us so we can investigate with our shipping carrier.
