These Terms of Service govern your access and use of our website solacesilkstudio.com and all purchases made through our online store. By accessing our site and completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our website.

  1. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. You warrant that all information you submit during checkout is accurate, complete and current.
  2. PRODUCTS & PRICING All product descriptions, images and pricing are displayed on our website for reference only. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to modify or discontinue products without prior notice. Prices are shown in the currency selected on our site and do not include import duties, VAT, customs taxes or brokerage fees that may be charged by the destination country’s customs authority. We do not cover these additional local charges.
  3. PAYMENT We accept payments processed via Stripe. All payment information is securely processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Authorisation of your payment confirms your order submission; contract of sale is only formed once we confirm shipment of your goods.
  4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, out-of-stock inventory, pricing error, or violation of these terms. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on solacesilkstudio.com including text, graphics, logos, photographs and branding is the intellectual property of SOLACESILKSTUDIO / AXX CAPITAL PTY LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by Australian consumer law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to your order will not exceed the total amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded.
  7. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
